What am I getting myself into?
Answers to common questions about All Saints. From what to expect on a Sunday morning, to how to get better connected.
When and where is the worship service?
Sunday morning | 10:30 AM – 11:45 | St Gabriel’s Catholic School (map) in Barton Creek. Parking is available in the school lot (don’t forget behind the building) and on Wimberly Lane.
What is the worship service like?
Preaching and sacraments, confession and affirmation, hymns and songs, passing of the peace … throughout the service we seek to embody the gospel – the good news story of God reconciling sinners to himself in Jesus Christ.
What about my children?
We have a terrific children’s ministry for all ages. A full nursery is available throughout the morning. Children ages Pre-K – 2nd grade may depart half-way through the service for Small Saints. (learn more)
Is there Sunday School?
We have Sunday School for adults, youth, and children during the fall and spring (off in the summers). Classes start at 9:30. See the calendar for dates.
How will I know where to go?
Pick up a map at the information table, just inside the front door. A greeter should be there to help too.
Should I dress up?
Some (very few) wear suits. Some wear jeans. A lot of in-between. Catch a glimpse in this video.
What if I need to step out of the service?
There’s also a speaker in the lobby and, for nursing moms, in the library.
How can I get better connected?
We have a citywide network of small groups that meet regularly for fellowship, Bible study, prayer, and service. (learn more)
